Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Marcotte Detailing


All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any services provided by Marcotte Detailing. Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of the owner.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis. If a refund or service correction is approved, we will determine whether to reattempt the service, issue a partial refund, or provide an alternative resolution.

Refunds will not be granted for:

* Customer dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations beyond the scope of the service.
* Failure to follow aftercare instructions provided by Marcotte Detailing.
* Services that were completed as described but did not meet subjective personal preferences.
* Third-party interference or damage after the service was completed.
